• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

Congratulations Marc, raise a glass, or cup, of whatever drink you celebrate with. I toast you with my tea cup :)

Pretty soon, Hypnos is going to be calling you to see if you have anything new, they can use for their next issue. Then you can be like,
"well... I don't know. Let me see if I have anything laying around. Ah. Here ya go. Have fun."

Well done. I've been to Sennen Cove many times. The village has a good website, with a webcam:

Then you might have seen me there. I was the scrawny one with a gammy leg who kept falling off his surfboard and leaving face imprints on the beach. That was where I learnt to screech 'Help! I'm drowning!' while simultaneously ejecting a pint of seawater from each nostril. It's now my party trick.
