• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

We now allow political discussion, but strongly suggest it takes place in the Steam Room, which is a private sub-forum within Café Life. It’s only accessible to Full Members.

The founder is Giannai Cara and his come on is very seductive to me. Think outside the algorihmn-BUT I am very suspicious of things that feel a bit cultish. And this has that vibe. Anyone have any experience?

Founder at Write2Lead
Welcome to Write2Lead—a space free from algorithms, where we reclaim our voices and create work that actually matters.

This Insights space is where I’ll challenge conventional thinking, surface the questions most people avoid, and explore new paths for writers who value meaning over metrics.

But this isn’t a solo mission.

Real change happens when we show up together—with curiosity, courage, and a commitment to honest dialogue. That’s how we gain clarity, sharpen our thinking, and evolve—not just as writers, but as leaders.

Start here:

Drop a comment on this post and introduce yourself.

  • Which narratives are you tired of—and ready to challenge through your writing?
  • What frustrates you the most about the current game you’re playing?
  • And why did you choose to join Write2Lead?
Let’s begin the conversation.
