• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

We now allow political discussion, but strongly suggest it takes place in the Steam Room, which is a private sub-forum within Café Life. It’s only accessible to Full Members.

This is the 2018 Goal Poster I had made. It's nothing fancy, and you can see my graphic design skills are not professional, but I did it for me, so that doesn't really matter. :) It's thick matte paper and it's hanging on the wall of my writing room, where I can see it as I write. :)

It says Love More, because really that's the basis of everything, IMHO. And it's also what I need the most work on. ;)

The heart lifting a barbell has a double meaning. I'm also trying to become more healthy this year, both for aesthetic and medical reasons. But also, approaching life with an attitude of love and gratitude makes your heart healthy in other ways. :)

Laugh More, because I tend to become way too serious about things that really don't mean a hill of beans in the end.

Write More is kind of obvious. :) :)
