Not the whole world. Some people find this turn of year very anxiety inducing. They survived one difficult year. Now they have to face another. Or can't bear to face another, hence the relatively high number of suicides on this day.
Look out for your friends/neighbours. Make sure their smile reaches their eyes.

My experience is the only way we can change the world is by changing ourselves and let the world have to adjust. But he is a nice looking young whippersnapper. Though he does look like he just stuck a finger in a light socket.
