• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

Hi,
I'm a little embarrassed to ask this here because I check in so infrequently these days. I'm busy editing to the point I have to limit my online activities.
But for those old timers who know me, my book is out! I desperately need to spread the word, and could use your help. To make it fun, I'm having a virtual open house through the end of the month, to celebrate the release, and you might win some $$$ or a book if you play along. Please give me a hand. I promise to pay it forward.

Visit My Open House.

Desperate to make writing pay,
Norma

Hi Norma - I'm reading your book right now. I'm really enjoying it - I find myself thinking about it at odd moments during the day. Bravo! I'll drop in for a glass of something at the Open House.

Oh, I'm so glad. Your not the first person who said they thought about it at odd times. It's a great compliment.
